The sidewall shaped component consists of two cover strips at an angle. Each strip is formed by an angular profile and contains a wall-mounted or free shank and a stair tread or setting shank. Between the walls mounted (9) on the free standing shanks (11) of the abutting cover strip of the profiles (3,4) an angle matching part is provided. The stair angle includes the abutting cover strips in green state. It does not exceed 90 deg. and is releasably fastened at the rear wall mounted profile (7) and the front free-standing profile (6), while being at least 90 deg. at the front wall mounted profile (3) and the rear free standing profile (5).
