<p>A reconfigurable video output architecture includes a memory for temporarily storing digital video data such that the memory is configurable between a single channel mode where the digital video data is a single video channel and a double channel mode where the digital video data includes first and second video channels. The architecture further includes a selector for selectively reading the memory and a look-up table for converting the digital video data into digital shade values. The look-up table is also configurable between a single channel mode and a double channel mode. A digital-to-analog converter is provided for converting the digital shade values into analog shade values, and an output circuit outputs at least one analog video signal.</p> |
