The collector of waste materials requires high security consists of a concrete cubicle able to prevent the access of unauthorised persons or animals. Access to the cubicle is obtained by electronic card which allows a sliding shutter (4) to open a window (3). Waste is entered into a bottomless intermediate receptacle (5) initially located over a panel (6). The receptacle is then pushed forward such that a spring loaded trap (9) opens to allow the waste to fall into a reception tank (7). The reception tank has a hook (21) and fork life attachment (23).
