The fixed pivot axis (52) is fitted parallel to the swivel axis (28). The hydraulic ram (47) carries at its other end a coupler (44), whose radial distance from the pivot axis is variable by extension or retraction of the piston rod (46). On the first board part (35) is located a bearing (38), radially spaced from the swivel axis, with a guide (43) for the coupler. The guide can assume two positions for different complex functions. The guide can assume a third position (51) in which the coupler is movable into an intermediate position wrt. the first board part.
