The front frame part can be connected to or secured on the car. The support frame (2) is swivelable for lowering its rear loading edge (4) wrt. the front frame part. The frame has two axles (5,6) in tandem, coupled by an axle compensation, each with several wheels, swivelably mounted on the axles such that the vertical spacing between the axles and frame is reduced with the loading edge lowered. One axle (6), on lowering the loading edge, is securable by at least one releasable, mechanical locking element (13) on the support frame at a reduced spacing such that, with the loading edge again lifted, the axle is released.
