The tube (1) is designed to contain a liquid to be analysed, e.g. blood, blood plasma or similar. The tube has a finger (4) which extends into its interior. This finger has a zone, in contact with the liquid, which has a rough surface. The finger, the tube base and part of the interior wall (2) have a rough surface. The surface roughness (Ra) is greater than 0.2 mu m, and is , preferably equal to 1.5 mu m.
