An inhibitor preventing penetration of the cell membrane is produced as follows: A reactant, which consists of a spermatozoon or the SP-10 molecule, known in itself, found at the end of a spermatozoon, and/or of protein PH-20 or equivalent, such as a synthetically produced substance, is brought into contact with a second reactant, which is a substance found on the surface of the ovum and/or involved in the zona reaction of the ovum or an equivalent substance, such as a synthetically produced substance, the combination of said reactants leading to the formation of a substance inhibiting penetration of the cell membrane. The inhibitor preventing penetration of the cell membrane may be implemented as a contraceptive preventing fertilization, such as a contraceptive liquid for temporary use and/or a contraceptive vaccine and/or a contraceptive pill, e.g. for use by men as well as women. It may contain an antibody of the SP-10 molecule and an antibody of the PH-20 protein and guanosine triphosphate. An inhibitor preventing penetration of the cell membrane of red blood cells and blood platelet cells may be implemented as a liquid or equivalent, e.g. as a pill, for use as a thrombosis vaccine and/or medicine. An inhibitor preventing penetration of the cell membrane of white blood cells may be implemented as a liquid or equivalent, e.g. a pill, for use as an AIDS vaccine or medicine. The above-mentioned inhibitor, vaccines and medicines can be studied and developed e.g. by means of a blood-semen pretesting device.
