The meat mincer, with a feed screw to move the meat towards a cutter and a perforated plate, has a sleeve fitted to the compound support secured radially and rotationally. It is pressed against the bearing bush of the cutting blade by a sleeve nut, to give a continuous adjustment of the ring gap between the bearing bush and the sleeve, over the whole adjustment range, even during mincing. The sleeve is held against rotation by a polygon profile at the exterior of the sleeve and the interior of the compound support, with an asymmetrical polygon shape for positioning at only one angular setting. The hose connection is secured to the trailing end of the sleeve by a ring groove and an axial groove, to give an axial and shaped fit, but allowing angular adjustment.
