<p>A method for preparing liposomes by (1) mixing together an aqueous solvent, a surfactant including a hydrophilic terminal and a C2-16 hydrocarbon chain, a sterol and/or a membrane protein, and/or a product to be encapsulated, to dissolve the sterol and/or the product to be encapsulated; (2) mixing the resulting composition with a lipid surfactant to form a uniform lamellar liquid crystal phase or a liquid crystal phase suspension in water; and (3) converting the liquid crystal phase or liquid crystal phase suspension into liposomes.</p> |
