PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus, having a guide for keeping the base of forming frames in a horizontal state and moving the forming frames in running the forming frames attached to a forming conveyor on the top surface of the forming conveyor, and capable of providing large-sized KONJAK having a stabilized shape and excellent in quality and yield. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus is an apparatus for producing large- sized KONJAK jelly by directly boiling the KONJAK without placing the KONJAK in a bag. The apparatus is provided with a hot water tank 209 in which hot water is stored, plural forming frames 204 having an opened top and a shape of a product, a forming conveyor 201, having the above-mentioned forming frames 204 attached thereto and installed so as to partially protrude from the hot water stored in the above-mentioned hot water tank 209 and a guide mechanism for keeping the base of the respective forming frames 204 in a horizontal state and moving the forming frames 204 in running the forming frames 204 attached to the forming conveyor 201 on the top surface of the forming conveyor 201. |
