PURPOSE:To obtain a frozen food uniformly heatable by microwave heating and suitable for microwave heating, by freezing a fluid food in the form of a block and bonding a plurality of said blocks interposing a specific gap therebetween. CONSTITUTION:The objective frozen block 3 is prepared by freezing a fluid food (e.g. stew) in such a manner as to bond blocks 1 with each other via a connection part 2 or via edible plastic oil and fat 6. The largest separation between the blocks is adjusted to 1-12cm. |
