A dispenser and display device (10) is suspended by a ceiling element (16) that is inserted in a drop ceiling in place of a standard drop ceiling panel. The ceiling element has a number of channels formed to run in different directions, so that the dispenser can assume various orientations. The dispenser (10) has a main body (18) that has gravity fee, article-holding trays (20, 22) movably mounted inside so that the trays can be released without removal from the main body.
