PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply turn a vehicle to every direction in a short time, by providing a rotatable disc to a vehicle body and by providing a plurality of steering shafts to the disc such that they may be rotatable in synchronization with each other while the rotation of the disc and the rotation of the steering shafts are made independently from each other. CONSTITUTION:An omnidirectional steering system drive unit A2 alone is driven to rotate an omnidirectional steering system shaft B2 and gears 16, 17, 14a through 14a in the same direction so that all steering shafts 12a through 12a are rotated in the same direction to obtain an ominidirectional mode. Further, a traveling system drive unit A3 rotate a main shaft B3 to run the vehicle. Further, when a rotary system drive unit A1 alone driven, a rotary system main shaft B1 is rotated while the travel system main shaft B3 is rotated at the same rotational speed through a differential gear 35 so that a disc 11 is rotated relative to a vehicle body. In association with the rotation of the main shaft B3 wheels 20a through 20d are rotated while they are turned about the centers of axles so that a rotational mode is set up.
