The apparatus includes an inverting means (INV1, INV2, INV3) for outputting the outputs of a switching means (SW2) to indication lamps (L1, L2, L3), a comparator (2) for comparing the detection voltage obtained by using the sink current of the inverting means, with a reference voltage, and a means for indicating the abnornal states of lamps according to the output signal from the comparator, thereby simply checking the abnormal states of the parallel-connected lamps at a time.
