PURPOSE:To hardly generate electrostatic sparks between a carried body holding part and a carried body, and reduce generation of damage of the carried body, a trouble of a carrying device itself, or the like due to electrostatic sparks, by providing a switchover means being ON/OFF at optional timing to an earthing cable connected to a conductor. CONSTITUTION:Because a work holding member 1 is connected to a work carrying mechanism 4 through an insulated part 5, by setting a switch 6 ON when a work 3 is not held with the work holding member 1, a conductor 1a is earthed, and electric charge electrified on the conductor 1a is removed without being transferred to the work carrying mechanism 4. When the work 3 is held with the work holding member 1, by setting the switch 6 OFF so as to release the earth condition of the conductor part 1a, the work holding member 1 is perfectly insulated. Hereby, the work 3 can be carried without being electrified, and generation of electrostatic sparks between the work holding member 1 and the work 3 can be restrained. |
