摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet having different residual magnetic flux density even in the use of stocks having the same alloy compsn., at the time of executing solution heat treatment, by changing the volume ratio of N2 to H2 in an H2-N2 mixed gas and changing the amt. of nitrogen to be infiltrated into the alloy. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the production of a magnet, a method in which an Fe-Cr-Co magnet alloy contg., by weight, 20 to 40% Cr and 5 to 20% Co, and the balance substantial Fe is subjected to solution heat treatment and is successively subjected to spinodal decomposition or concentration difference- enlarging-heat treatment is adopted. At this time, the solution treatment is executed in such a manner that it is held at 1000 to 1250 deg.C for 0.5 to 3hr, and it is executed in a mixed gas atmosphere in which gaseous nitrogen is controlled in the range of 10 to 0.05% in accordance with the purpose to 100% gaseous hydrogen by volume ratio to change the amt. of nitrogen contained in the allay into the range of 0.01 to 0.3wt.%, and a magnet alloy having different magnetic flux density is formed. In this case, with 0.01% of nitrogen content in the alloy, when the residual magnetic flux density is 11.4KG, by regulating the nitrogen content to 0.2%, the magnetic flux density of 6KG can be obtd.
