PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric ceramic material having characteristics of epsilonr>110 and ¦tauf¦<=15ppm/ deg.C for the purpose of miniaturizing communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:This dielectric ceramic material has a composition expressed by the general formula aBaO-bLa2O3-cSm2O3-dBi2O3--eTiO2 ((a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) are expressed in mol%, and satisfy the relationships: 14.2<=(a)<=19.2, 0.20<=(b)<=13.3, 0.20<=c<=11.9, 0.20<=(d)<=7.0, 62.6<=(e)<=70.6, (a)+(b)+(c)+(d)+(e)=100mol%, and 14.2<=(b)+(c)+(d)<=19.2, each composition including contaminants as impurities); where, part of La2O3 may be replaced with 0.20-7.0mol% of Gd2O3, part of BaO with 0.20-5.0mol% of PbO, and part of BaO with 0.20-3.5mol%, based on the whole composition, of SrO. |
