PURPOSE:To provide a method for filling a beverage in which a readily oxidizable beverage such as SAKE (Japanese rice wine) or a fruit juice beverage is maintained in a good taste for a long period. CONSTITUTION:This method for filling a beverage is to deaerate a dissolved gas in the beverage with a hollow yarn membrane, then directly bring an inert gas such as argon gas or nitrogen gas into contact with the beverage, dissolve the inert gas therein and subsequently fill the resultant beverage in a container. |
