PURPOSE:To perform resin spray or coating operation rapidly and easily in the formation of a FRP-made outer shell tank by rotating an inner shell tank. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of threaded rods 2 are provided in the center of each panel plate 1A of an inner shell tank 1 in its axial direction. A plate 3 having a rotary shaft 4 of the inner shell tank 1 fixed thereto is fastened to the threaded rods 2 with nuts 5. A bearing 11 for the rotary shaft 4 is provided on each supporting leg 7 in a horizontally moving manner. A chain 21 is encircled between a pulley 18 provided on the rotary shaft 4 and a pulley 20 provided on a motor 19.
