PURPOSE:To provide a method of forming three-dimensional shape, with which the thickness of photosetting layer can be set precisely and thin, favorable surface smoothness is also realized, the accuracy of finally produced three- dimensional shape can be enhanced and, in addition, working is facilitated and also working efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION:The energy density of irradiating light is set to be smaller than the lowest energy density for setting photosetting resin solution 20 at the incidence plane P such as the liquid level, upon which light such as laser beam 50 or the like comes into photosetting resin solution 20, and to exceed the lowest energy density at the inside by the predetermined distance from the incidence plane P, resulting in going form photosetting layer 40 having the distance between the incidence plane P and the layer 40. |
