PURPOSE: To ensure good coating, sharpness and finish through printing with minimum adhesion quantity of ink by electrodepositing the material used in a metal cylindrical screen onto a conductive substrate having a specified pattern of nonconductive material. CONSTITUTION: A screen 1 is a cylindrical screen having an axis 2. The screen has openings 3 and a formed coupling seam 4. The seam forms a pattern of protrusions or recesses by spot welding or an appropriate cut at the end to be jointed. A mechanical coupling power is generated by forming protrusions and recesses at the end to be coupled. The ends are represented by 31, 32 and 41, 42 and corresponding protrusions and recesses are represented by 33, 36, 34 and 35, 43 and 45, and 44 and 46. |
