Ethylene-propylene copolymers, with high tenacity and resistance to bleaching, prepareable with copolymerization of propylene with ethylene so, that in first stage the fraction of copolymer is created with contents of ethylene 0,5 to 5,0 per cent weight in mass 60 to 90 per cent weight referring to global mass of polymere, in second stage is created the fraction of copolymer and with contents of ethylene 85 to 100 per cent weight in mass 5 to 17 per cent referring to global mass of polymer, and in third stage is created fraction copolymer with contents of ethylene 65 to 80 per cent weight in mass 6 to 23 per cent weight referring to global mass of polymer by presence of catalyst, which is gained so, that organoaluminium compound or reactive product of organoaluminium compound with electron donors with titanium chloride is introduced in to reaction then resultant product is introduced in reaction with donor of electrons and acceptor and resultant solid product is introduced into reaction with organoaluminium compound and aromatic ester of carboxylic acid at which molar ratio of ester of carboxylic acid to solid product is movable in range 0,2 to 10,0 and whole process is performaced by hydrogen presence. Method of production of these copolymers is also described.
