Macromolecular material is on base of homopolymer and/or copolymer of vinylchloride, at which consists of 0,2 to 20 per cent weight of strength modificator, created with 30 to 100 per cent of weight of mixture of dicarboxylic to tetracarboxylic acid and/or their anhydride with partial ester of alifatic monool to tetraol with mol weight 60 to 6000 g.mol exp.-1 and/or minimum with one diester to tetraester of dicarboxylic to tetracarboxylic acid with alifatic monool to tetraol and to 30 per cent of weight of alifatic monool to tetraol, 0,1 to 20 per cent of weight of auxiliary matters and in to 100 per cent of weight is created with monopolymer or copolymer of vinylchloride.
