The CCD(Charge Coupled Device) performs low speed shuttering function for the camcoder by using the horizontal transferring elements only. The device includes: (a) a vertical CCD(1A-1N) which sequentially transmits the image signal, sensed by the photo sensor, to vertical direction; (b) a horizontal CCD(2) which sequentially transmits the image signal that is delivered from the vertical CCD; (c) an output terminal(3) and a sample/hold circuit which produces the image signal which is transmitted from the horizontal CCD; (d) a buffer which separates the image signal with output purpose and storage purpose for low speed shuttering application. |
