a power generating means provided on one side of a sorter and supplying a power for moving a plurality of bin trays up and down and receiving papers; a power transferring means for transferring the power received from the power generating means; a revolving lever means mounted on respective predetermined sites on both side surfaces of the sorter and rotating with a turning force received by the power transferring means; revolving lever driving means for applying the turning force to the revolving lever means; a rotary bin separating means provided on predetermined sites on both side surfaces of the sorter and providing a space between the bin trays for receiving papers; a link means connecting the revolving lever means and the bin separating means and having holes of a predetermined length; speed reduction means for reducing the r.p.m of the power transferring means; and bin tray moving means provided on predetermined sites on both side surfaces of the sorter and moving the whole bin tray up and down by a predetermined space with the reduced turning force.
