The pulse signals are initiated when power is applied and the pulse signals circuit is terminated after a certain time by the pulse generating circuit. The circuit includes PMOS-transistor(P1,P2)having gates connected to ground and also connected to a power source, a NAND gate(10) comprising transistors(n0, n1, n2) for delaying input pulse for a certain time, and a NMOS transistor(n3) for adjusting time for a node between the NMOS transistor(n1, n1) to be low state.
