CONSTITUTION:A reflecting chip 28 is attachably and detachably mounted on a holding tool 24 fixed to the emitting end part side of an optical fiber 23, and a cooling fluid passing means 31 for passing a cooling fluid is formed around the optical fiber 23 and the reflecting chip 28. |
