<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of jam so as to stably carry recording paper by enabling a paper feed means to move according to the size of recording paper, and positioning it on the nearly center part of the recording paper sheet. CONSTITUTION:When recording paper sheets of A3 size and A4 size are arranged in lateral position on the upper and lower placing plates 225 of a paper feed unit part (PFU) 200, paper feed rollers 210, 211 are arranged centering a center line A between. Namely, they are arranged on the nearly centers of recording paper sheets P of A3 size and A4 size. Consequently, when a recording paper sheet of either size is placed in PFU 200, a control part C detects the size of the recording paper sheet, a drive motor moves a moving frame body 204 to the position of the center line A, and the recording paper sheet P is fed. Meanwhile, when recording paper sheets of A4 size R and B5 size R are arranged in longitudinal position, the moving frame body 204 is moved so as to arrange the paper feed rollers 210, 211 centering a center line B between. Namely, they are arranged on the nearly center position of the recording paper sheets of A4 size R and B5 size R. Hereby, always stable feed becomes possible.</p> |
