<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the crack of a compact or the breakage of a chipping at working by filling the internal cavity of a die having a cavity corresponding to a dental porcelain/frame having a prescribed form with a casting slurry. CONSTITUTION:A base die (main die) 31 and a model (sub-die) 32 for three- crown bridge are combined together, whereby a space part 33 is formed, and a slip is injected thereto through an injection hole 34 to fill the space part 33 with the slip followed by cast molding to provide a compact. The air or excessive slip in the space part 33 is discharged through discharge holes 35 and 36. The compact is held together with the casting model at about 50 deg.C for 3 hours followed by drying, and then taken out from the casting model. This dried compact is raised in temperature to 1100 deg.C in 30 minutes, held for 10min, and baked. The drying temperature is room temperature-50 deg.C, and the drying time is 5-6 hours. The baking temperature is 1100-1250 deg.C, and the baking time is 2-3 hours.</p> |
