PURPOSE:To continuously mold artificial marble having a smooth surface and enhanced in thickness dimensional accuracy by simple constitution without generating a crack. CONSTITUTION:Gaskets 22, 23 are provided on the respective long side edges of a strip like plate 3 so as to be movable along those edges and the side surface strip like films 24, 25 brought into close contact with the opposed surfaces of the gasketgs by end folding devices are sent out with the movement of two gaskets and the upper and bottom surface strip like films 20, 21 capable of holding two gaskets from both upper and rear surfaces thereof are sent out to apply tensile force. A resin compd. R is injected into the space part partitioned by the upper and bottom surface strip like films and the side surface strip like films and cured to continuously mold artificial marble. |
