PURPOSE:To classify and crush polyvinyl chloride (PVC) by a difference in brittle point from diversified kinds of plastic mixtures of various thicknesses by crushing the plastic varying in thickness with high efficiency and utilizing the low temp. brittleness of the plastics in crushing of the plastics. CONSTITUTION:The clearances between a stationary blade 5 and rotating blades 6, 7, 8, 9 of the crushing machine which is constituted by coaxially arranging the plural rotating blades 6, 7, 8, 9 and rotating these blades and forming a housing 4 for housing these blades and the stationary blade 5 on its inside wall surface and multi crushes charged plastics are so set as to vary between an inlet and outlet. The plastics are uniformly crushed regardless of the differences in the plastics by differences in the clearances for each of the respective steps if the plastics of the various thicknesses are charged from the hopper and are crushed. The plastics are uniformly crushed regardless of the thicknesses and further, the PVC is more finely crushed than the other plastic if diversified kinds of the plastic mixtures of the various thicknesses are cooled to -20 deg.C and are crushed and, therefore, the selection of the PVC is made possible. |
