<p>A plastic moulding (1) has at least one in-built heater made of resistance wire, and will weld itself to at least one other plastic part, for example, part of a pipeline. The heating element has plug contacts for current from a welding apparatus, and pref. the moulding (1) has a quite separate resistor (11), and connections (12), to measure it, as a means of identification (1). The resistor (11) is arranged with its connections (12a, 12b) on a plate (10), which is attachable to the moulding (1) and which is made of plastic.</p> |
