PURPOSE:To produce a foamed panel with high productivity by foaming the raw soln. of foam injected into a box body to expand the same to outwardly push out a fall lid and forming foam in the box body under predetermined pressure due to the fall lid. CONSTITUTION:A raw soln. 21 of foam 20 is injected into a box body 10 having a bottom plate 11 and a frame material 12. When a fall lid 30 is arranged in the box body 10 in an up and down movable manner so as to come into contact with the upper surface of the raw soln. 21 from above, the raw soln. 21 is uniformly spread throughout the box body by the fall lid 30. Since the raw soln. 21 is foamed to expand, the fall lid 30 presses the foam 20 under its own wt. or by the force of a spring 41 so as to sufficiently fill the box body 10 but, since the fall lid is upwardly moved simultaneously with foaming, the inner pressure of the foam 20 can be reduced. Therefore, even if the fall lid 30 is detached, the generation of a crack can be prevented. |
