PURPOSE:To remove the working oil for a trouble-free brazing process though the working oil containing additive for lubricity improvement excellent in workability and die life is used in producing an Al heat exchanger and to eliminate the softening of a corrugate fin at heating for volatilizing working oil. CONSTITUTION:A header 1, coolant flowing tube 3, corrugate fin 5 which are worked with using a working oil containing additive for lubricity improving are prepared, the header 1 is subjected to mixed acid cleaning to remove working oil, the corrugate fins 5 and coolant flowing tubes 3 are alternately piled. After both ends of each coolant flowing tube 3 are inserted into the tube inserting holes of the header 1 respectively and the assembly for heat exchanger A is constituted, by heating the assembly to 250 deg.C, the remaining oil other than non volatile components in the assembly is volatilized. |
