PURPOSE:To enhance mountability, obtain an excellent transfer ratio to restrain an abnormal sound, etc., and improve durability by engaging first and second pinion gears respectively with plural pairs of housing holes to support the second pinion gear onto a case by a supporting shaft. CONSTITUTION:A pair of side gears 5 and 7 to be engagedly mounted on a housing hole 3 formed on a case 1 is provided coaxially with the case 1 receiving rotation input, and also first and second pinion gears 13 and 14 are rotatably housed respectively in plural pairs of housing holes 9 and 11 formed at a given interval in a peripheral direction along the housing hole 3. The first and second gear parts 17 and 19 are integrally provided on the first pinion gear 13, and the second gear part 19 is geared with the side gear 7. The side gear 5 is geared with a second pinion gear 43, and also it and the first gear part 17 of the first pinion gear 13 are geared. A supporting shaft 47 is extendedly provided on the gear part of the second pinion gear 43 to be engaged with a supporting hole 49 formed on the case 1.
