<p>PURPOSE:To lighten a curve inward of a putter head due to an arc-form swing of a user's favored hand with his/her shoulder as the center, and always putt a golf ball straight by forming the thickness of a grip on the opposite side to a putting direction thicker than the reverse side. CONSTITUTION:A grip 3 is tapered in such a manner that the outer diameter is gradually made larger from an opening end 3a at which an insertion hole for a shaft 2 is formed to a closing end 3b on the other side. The insertion hole for the shaft 2 is eccentrically formed on the grip 3, and the thickness of a part 3c which is on the opposite side to a putting direction is made thicker than the thickness of a part 3d on the putting direction side. For a putting using his putter, a golf ball is putted with a user's dominant hand being located more backward than a conventional putter by the thicker portion of the thickness of the grip 3. Therefore, if there is an effect due to an arc-formed swing by a dominant hand with the user's shoulder as the center, which is often seen in the swings of beginners, an inward curve of the putter accompanying the swing is lessened, and a straight putting can easily be done.</p> |
