The apparatus for continuously incinerating the waste tire, recycling the materials and filtering the exhaust gas, comprises a feeder (B) for continuously feeding the sliced waste tire pieces to the incinerator, an incinerator (C) for pyrolysing the tire pieces and recovering the carbon from the pyrolysed tire; a cleaning device (D) for cleaning the bunker-C oil and the dust contained in the exhaust gas and recovering the bunker-C oil; a recombusting device (E) for recombusting the inflammable exhaust gas passing through the cleaning device (D) and removing the air-polution materials.
