PIPE COIL HEATING CHAMBER

PURPOSE:To keep a chamber clean over a long period of time, prevent the contamination of a pipe coil and provide a high-quality product by purging the inside of the coil with a purge gas and exhausting the gas discharged from the coil in purging outside the chamber at the time of heat-treating the pipe coil in the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A member 52 for receiving the gas from a pipe coil 27 is provided in a heating chamber 4, and a means 61 for separating oil from the gas is furnished outside the chamber 4. The oil separation means 61 is communicated with the gas receiving means 52. Since the oil component in the gas discharged from the coil 27 by gas purging is removed by the means 61, the gas is reutilized or exhausted into the atmosphere.
