<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feed device of which the total height dimension of a cassette case and an image processing device main body is minified, and a construction derricking the bottom plate of the cassette case can be simplified. CONSTITUTION:This paper feed device is constituted so that an elevatable member 12 pulling up both sides of the free end side of a bottom plate 5 provided in a cassette case 4 by the force of tension springs 15 is provided on both sides in the vicinity of the end part of the cassette case 4, guides 17 having guide faces 16 gradually upward inclined as it goes to the inner part of a paper feed port 3 are provided on both sides of the paper feed port 3 of an image processing device main body 1, and in the process of mounting the cassette case 4 to the paper feed port 3, the elevatable arm 12 is elevated by means of the guide faces 16 of the guides 17 so as to press the paper sheet on the bottom plate 5 against a paper feed roller 2.</p> |
