<p>PURPOSE:To independently and efficiently recover metallic zinc and iron from the dust contg. zinc and iron. CONSTITUTION:Two particle-circulated fluidized-bed reaction furnaces 10 and 20 are used, the dust contg. zinc and iron is introduced into the fluidized bed 10, and the gas discharged from the fluidized bed 20 is heated by a secondary- combustion lance 30. As a result, the zinc in a riser 11 is reduced, vaporized, cooled and recovered by a zinc recovery device 40. The particle collected by a collector 14 is introduced into the fluidized bed 20 to reduce and recover the iron.</p> |
