<p>PURPOSE:To provide an IC card which satisfies a required function of a conventional IC card, can be manufactured at a low cost, and has a little warp. CONSTITUTION:An IC card comprises a circuit board 5 made of a polyester resin to which electronic parts A1 are to be attached, a first structural member 1 made of the polyester resin which has an opening 14 for housing the parts A1 and is to be jointed to the top face side of the circuit board 5, a second structural member 2 made of about the same thickness and material of the circuit board 5 which has an opening 24 communicating with the opening 14 and is to be jointed on the first structural member 1, and a mounting medium layer 91 to be formed for sealing the electronic parts A1, etc., into the communicating openings 14 and 24, etc., to the top face side of the second structural member 2, one or more other structural member made of the polyester resin having an opening which communicates with each opening is jointed. To the bottom face side of the circuit board 5, one or more layer of auxiliary member which becomes paired with other structural members can be jointed.</p> |
