An outer enclosure includes an upper inlet and a lower outlet. A filter assembly contains a medicinal herb, disposed in the outer enclosure for infusion by a liquid entering the outer enclosure through the upper inlet and leaving the outer enclosure through the lower outlet. The upper inlet includes a concentrator tube and a faucet connector tube for outward extension with respect to the concentrator tube. The faucet connector tube includes an open top end for attachment to the outlet end of a faucet and receiving liquid from and an open bottom end, with closure for closing the open top end and means for limiting the outward extension of the faucet connector tube with respect to the concentrator tube.
