Determination of nuclear configuration in chemical elements

A process for investigating chemical elements with an atomic wt. of at least 40, partic. Ti, Cr, Fe gp. metals, Zr, Hf, Mo and W, determines which isotope and isomer are present in the core and their atomic structure. By subsequent isotope and isomer splitting, materials with increased hardness and temp. resistance can be selectively produced.
