The support ring (1) consists of a flange (14) supporting the compensating pieces (3,4) and an axially protruding collar (15). Fixture elements (6) go through the bottom compensating pieces (3) next to the flange, and fit into the tilting segments (2). Fixture elements (11) fit into the flange and into the compensating pieces next to the tilting segments. A lubricant feeder (16) on the outside of the support ring has feeder ducts (17) distributed over the periphery of the bearing and leading into the bearing. The lubricant feeder consists of a recess (12) in the collar, and a spacer ring (5) supported on the outer flange side. The spacer ring protrudes outwards beyond the flange to form a peripheral groove.
