摘要 An assembly to measure the concentration of a substance such as peroxide by means of enzymatic fluorescence, has an extraction assembly (90) and a common sample extractor assembly (100) with a liquid sample containing a substance for two passages. A dual channel reactor (140) holds a fluorescent reaction product at readiness, by reaction of the substance with a fluorescent reagent. A dual passage fluorimeter (250) measures the fluorescence of the reaction product. An evaluation unit (260) determines the concentration of the substance from the fluorescence measured in the reaction product. The sample removal assembly (100) incorporates a through flow assembly for an optically transparent liquid sample in which the substance is present in a concentration is measured by fluorescence.
