Date Nov. 14, 1991.A fuel injection valve including a blind hole in a stepped inner pole from which a stop pin extends into a passage hole of an armature which is designed with a tubular blind bore. In the open position of the fuel injection valve, a ball-shaped valve closing body is in contact with the stop pin. The armature is directly connected to the valve closing body so that there is a very short moving valve part. The fuel injection valve of the invention not only has good dynamic behavior but also has a short and compact installation shape. The fuel injection valve is particularly suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing externally ignited internal combustion engines.</p> |
