PURPOSE:To prevent the fusion of a thermoplastic synthetic resin film to a thermal head, by laminating a porous support and the thermoplastic synthetic resin film and providing a layer based on a cationic surfactant to the surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:A porous support and a thermoplastic synthetic resin film are laminated and a layer based on a cationic surfactant is provided to the surface of the film. Therefore, the thermoplastic synthetic resin film is drilled by a thermal head through the layer based on the cationic surfactant. Therefore, the fusion of the thermoplastic synthetic resin film to the thermal head can be prevented and the molten substance of the layer on the film is not adhered to the thermal head as refuse. Further, a screen printing stencil can be easily prepared by extremely simple work for laminating the porous support and the thermoplastic synthetic resin film and applying the surfactant to the film. |
