The present invention relates to a speed indicator for an individual moving under the effect of his or her muscular force, comprising means for supplying performance data; means for direct or indirect measurement of at least one parameter relating to the force to be supplied in order to obtain the movement; and means, taking into account values of coefficients linked with the value of the said parameter and with the personal characteristics of the individual, for supplying equivalent speed data corresponding to the value which the speed would have had for the same force when the said parameter has its resting value. <IMAGE> |
