PURPOSE:To provide the accumulator type fuel injection device without multi- cylinder interference, which is high in strength, and easy to be mounted, being manufactured without bending and forming of high pressure piping. CONSTITUTION:An injector 2 provided for each cylinder of an engine 1 and a high pressure pump 7 are connected to each other by an accumulator container 30 formed out of a single member. High pressure fuel delivered from the high pressure pump 7 is accumulated in the accumulator container 30. High pressure fuel accumulated in the high pressure chamber of the accumulator container 30 is fed to the injector 2 by way of a plurality of accumulated pressure fuel passages same diameter each, which are formed in the accumulator container 30 while they correspond to each cylinder. Since the high pressure pump 7 is communicated with the injector 2 by the accumulated pressure fuel passages internally built in the single accumulator container 30, the pipeline is high in strength, hardly affected by external disturbances such as engine vibration, and thereby becomes a highly reliable pressure line while being free from multi- cylinder interference. |
