PURPOSE:To prevent the spark generation for the socket, by providing the insulation wall for the discharge path on the socket and making longer the creepage distance of the collective voltage introduction section and other introduction sections. CONSTITUTION:The socket bottom 31 is placed at the bottom of the socket hole 25 to which the exhaust tube cover 18 of the base is fitted, interrupting the creepage discharge path from the bottom of the groove 24 attached to the barrier of base to the lead connection part 28 of the socket electrode to other than the socket end surface through the hole 25. If the hole 25 is deep or the cover 18 is lower, the same effect can be obtained by blocking the half pass of the hole 25 with insulator. Further, the discharge path through the gap between the barrier 26 and the cover 29 is interrupted by providing the section 32 in the insulator between the lead connection 30 and the barrier cover 29 in addition to the bottom 31. Further, the same effect can also be obtained by filling in insulation resin in the barrier and moulding the connection 30. Thus, the socket not causing spark can be obtained even at high collective voltage. |
